I have thoroughly enjoyed the staff support, atmosphere and professionalism of this establishment. I will be signing up for more sessions and making Yoga a part of my life.
I finally unfurled my mat in 2014 after years of the misguided notion that yoga was only for the fit, flexible and elite. Yoga was a last ditch effort to try to find balance in the world of overwhelm I was living in at the time. I would have been happy with simply settling into a few quiet moments on my mat each day but instead yoga opened up my world.
Yoga allowed me to start appreciating my body for what it could do instead of resenting it for what it couldn’t. Yoga provided me with a way to move mindfully and think thoughtfully. Yoga made me stronger in more than just a physical sense. Yoga connected me with a beautiful community that I never knew I needed until they were there.
My hope is to bring joyful movement to all bodies through classes that are accessible. Classes where challenge and compassion meet and where kindness and acceptance are woven into the way you move.
Time on the mat continues to reinforce my belief that yoga is for every BODY! Yoga welcomes you to start where you are and I so look forward to meeting you there!
