Very much enjoying this studio after my first week. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming, feel comfortable right away. They are very encouraging (tried SUP for the first time and love it!!). I really enjoy how the classes are run with no pressure yet very encouraging to try different levels of poses as our comfort levels allow with the use of props and suggestions for more advanced moves to challenge myself.
Yoga has helped me gain body awareness and acceptance during a time when I had to learn to love my body all over again. I struggled with fluctuating weight and hormonal issues post baby and yoga has helped me heal both physically and mentally. I have learned to love my body exactly as it is here and now. My yoga practice is a time that is just for me and it gives me a space to take care of myself.
My goal is to help my students come to a place of self love in their bodies. Through my teaching I will encourage my students to reach their full potential in their asanas with the use of props when needed.”
