First athletic performance class..I liked it. Little bit of agility, strength and working on explosive power. David's attention to form and technique is something I always appreciate. I don't feel pressured to rush through stations and can focus on my form.
Great workout. I appreciate how the program works and the attention to watching our form so we do not get injured and get the most out of the workout.

Really enjoy the variety in the classes, along with the encouragement from the instructors and classmates. I always leave feeling better and stronger than when I came in.
