Kory mean AF, so if you need a trainer who not about to coddle your feelings and push you to the verge of tears this is it. #Resultcity I’ve done KOF live when it first started back in Covid and also did the revenge cleanse when it first released and I was in the best shape of my adult life! So I’m back for the abuse to get this body right in time for FALL!

I’m a newbie (1st class). I purchased the July Revenge Challenge and it is really a challenge for me. I have bad knees due to being the catcher while playing softball but I’m trying to push thorough it. This class is great but it just wore me out.

Class is very intense especially with the penalties, but I’m seeing results! I just have to keep showing up for myself and stay consistent. Kory is the truth!
