the sexiest workout ever!!!

Great vibes all around from the moment I entered! I love that cleanliness is a priority and my instructor, Paradise, allowed me to feel super comfortable though I was doing something out of my comfort zone. Will be back, thank you!!

I absolutely love the Kiss My Abs & Glutes class. The instructor is very knowledgeable and motivating, making each session fun and rewarding.

This was my first time and I had a blast! Blaze our instructor was AMAZING!!!!!!! I am very shy, but she and the other girls made me feel so comfortable and she worked me out. I definitely will be grabbing a membership and will be back. I did the abs and flute class but there are so many other classes I want to try to. Thank you so much Blaze for this experience! -Jess

The 1:1 training that I received from Blaze exceed my expectations.

The classes are fun and exciting.  The instructors are awesome! I’ve been going for a couple weeks.  I’m getting fit and having fun at the same time come and join us.

I love going and exercising with fellow sistahs. The instructors are so encouraging. Through the shaking legs muscles and all, , I enjoy myself every time I go.
