Kerry was great. Very chill relaxing adn restorative class. Love the studio. smelled great and like the decor.
I really enjoy this studio and the smaller class sizes. There are several class offerings and the times are great for those who work longer days. Sara is an amazing and attentive instructor for slow flow in the evenings. I really enjoy coming and can’t wait to try all the classes.

Joe-Paul's workshop created a safe, nurturing context for reflecting on one's experience of grief and loss. The three-part framework, with selected poses aligned to each of them, was very helpful. I really appreciated Joe-Paul's sharing of his own experience, and the gifts of remembrance cards and a journal as well. Thank you!

I went to a session Thursday night with Ali Disla. It was amazing! I brought a friend and we both felt so welcomed and everyone was so helpful, being our first time. The mood, energy, temperature was all perfect. The instruction was spot on. I never had to open my eyes or look for instruction from a neighbor because the instructor lead us so smoothly. I could feel all anxiousness and outside noise drift away. Thank you for a beautiful first experience at your yoga facility.

I live in Northern Virginia and take classes at the studio while visiting family in Carrboro. I teach at Power Nectar Yoga, a hot studio in Alexandria, VA.
I enjoyed the class from both a yogi and teacher perspective. The class was elegant and challenging with great cuing, modifications and amplifications to meet everyone’s needs. I learned some modifications and amplifications, which I will bring back to enrich my classes.

Clean, spacious, well organized, quiet, and very welcoming. The lessons with Alexis are exactly what our group of friends needs. She’s very receptive to our needs and her communication skills are great. It’s easy to follow her and we always end the sessions in a better place.
