My first winter in Tucson, I was fortunate enough to find Jeanne and the Tucson Pilates Lab. I have been taking Pilates classes on a regular basis since 2016 and Jeanne is the best! Not only is she Pilates trained, her additional expertise in fitness and an understanding of physiology allows her to give each student personalized attention based on what that student specifically needs. Jeanne is attentive, caring and a joy to have as an instructor. This is my third year and I can't wait to be in the studio, 2024! Get to this studio!!! You won't regret it! Jeanne's reformer Pilates classes are the best deal in town! I have attended other studios, but the knowledge and experience Jeanne brings to the sessions as well as her top class equipment puts her a notch above the rest. Jeanne is able to tailor the classes to the different levels of the individual and is extremely knowledgeable about sports physiology as well as fitness. She is also extremely motivating. I used to suffer from chronic back pain but I find as long as I do my weekly pilates classes along with a few home exercises that Jeanne advised, my back and whole body feels great! Thank you Jeanne for your hard work and dedication!

Besides being a master with the remarkable reformer equipment Jeanne is an expert at body anatomy. The reformer is an amazing mechanical invention as it addresses therapeutic exercise to so many body parts and functions and how one part of the body affects another part of the body.
I feel I have benefited greatly from my Pilates instruction as evidenced by my reduction in pain, by my improved posture and balance, by my increased strength and by my attention to the basic mechanics of form and movement.
