Excellent class.  Dynamic flow with a lot of great instruction and clear verbal cues.  A full yoga work out at an appropriate pace for all levels.

Hi Susan!  Thank you for today, it was a wonderful Zoom experience since I couldn't be there in person today.  You are really an outstanding instructor and I love the depth of knowledge you possess and share.  

I think I overdid it with the forward bends today as my sciatic can sometimes bother me...but that my own fault for doing the flow too many times.  

And the sound cut out right at the very end before shivasana.  So I logged off before the end of class as I didn't want to disrupt the finality of the session for anyone.  I did my shivasana myself and very comfortably.

I’ve been enjoying yoga at Ananda for years attending about once a week with Justine’s Sunday morning class my go-to.  Now with virtual classes I have treated myself to a monthly unlimited membership and it’s been my best investment.  For $90 a month I take 4–5 classes a week, which is a great bargain. Justine’s 30-minute therapy balls workout always pinpoints just the right spot where my body needs a little TLC. Kim does an amazing 90 minute class on Saturday morning which is now my most intense workout. Susan works so hard to make her Tuesday class focus on Supple Strength introduce new ways to move and breathe.  Commitment and regular practice has improved my form immensely, and it’s been the best change to my life since March. It’s so easy to be home and zoom with my yoga friends. Whether you take virtual or in-person classes, I recommend Ananda Yoga.

It sounds cliche to say something changed one's life, but that is exactly what Ananda Yoga has done for me. I attend classes at least 3-4 times per week. Not only am I gaining strength, I am learning to focus on breathing; taking care of & listening to my body; and just taking some time out of the craziness of life to just be present. Justine, Kim, Cara, Leah, Christine... All of the instructors are wonderful and personable. I highly recommend coming in to try a class.

P.S. I can't forget to mention how much I enjoyed Leah's Candlelight Yin Yoga Class! She was awesome and very accommodating.

If you want to feel as if you're floating on cloud 9, I highly recommend a yin class for relaxation.

I really enjoyed this class and Justine was welcoming, experienced, knowledgable and helpful with the modifications I needed due to a minor injury.

I would highly recommend this studio!
