Providence Power Yoga is a hidden gem! The studio's welcoming atmosphere, experienced instructors, and sense of community make every class a delight. Highly recommend for all levels of yogis!

This was my first experience at Power Yoga (East Prov studio) and I loved it! The instructor Sarah was inviting, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She gave us a great vinyasa flow session with lots of creativity and new ideas.
