i love the beginner's kickboxing class. it's a full body workout and gets me pumped to keep up my fitness goals on my own.
I do sadly find there isn't enough info on the website and showed up to a class Friday only to find the doors locked and the gym dark
Hi! My sincere apologies! We had announced last week to pre register for class by noon on Friday. There were no registrations so we cancelled the class. For the most up to date information on classes amd schedule follow us on Facebook and use the wellness app to book your space well in advance. We will put a class on your account for the troubles. Happy Holidays. We are open on the 27/28 for special classes at 3 and 430 pm. Hope to see you there
Matt knows how to organize a great workout! I always feel great after class - even if I am struggling to get through it! The lunch hour classes are efficient and challenging - all in 45 mins!!

Love the HIIT suspension circuit classes! Matt keeps it interesting with fast paced cardio and great strength exercises all packed into 45 minutes; and small class size so you get to know others which makes it more fun too. You can make the classes as challenging as you want as you use body weight. Also tried the daily burn classes... great workout, constantly changing exercises, small group. Awesome workouts...thanks Matt!

How can I put this objectively?
I was floored by Alex's beginner kickboxing class, I overestimated myself but refused to leave because I knew I wanted to stay (by not give up right from the first class of kickboxing).
It is a complete body workout, moves you straight from the core, and if you are a beginner, take it easy and work your way into the move, do not do like me.... sprinting and finding yourself hugging the floor... I know eventually I will get this, I do not give up that easily. I love a good challenge and kickboxing is one of them!
Today's class was about cardio and arms and core.. a mix of everything (with Matt)... out of all the days he told me that he wished he would take a picture of our faces... to see the amount of work we do). I can only say he doesn't know it yet, but he is my trainer... a guy that pushes but pays attention to the details. Raises the level of the exercises and gives you just enough challenges in order to grab them and make them your own (in the case that you cannot continue with the pace).. WOW my hat if off to this trainer! In the end it is you who decides whether you have it in you to come up to MAtt's challenge... that's how I would describe today's class...

I've walked by Uprise Fit so many times and never gone in. I finally popped in and was invited to a free trial class. I went the next day to a 6:30am class to try it out and it was great! I like that it was a full body workout and I could really feel it the next day! I always love that feeling that I've worked out :) Also, I was happy that it was a 45min class. I find I can give it more when it's shorter. Thank you! I'll be back!

Great class - with a good combination of cardio and weights.
My first training with Uprisefit was on a Saturday last week and I didn't have any idea of what kind of bootcamp I was getting myself to but it was great! I really liked it and it's a great way to do a full workout. I've asked my husband to assist this week's trainnig althought he can't feel his legs he wants to do more!! #bestworkoutever
I did the class on Tuesday with Meaghan and I loved it! Great workout and awesome way to stay in shape!
