This studio makes you feel like family.. I love the energy of the people that go and the staff that run it. I’m welcomed with hugs and genuine support with my practice. I recently underwent 2 total hip replacements this year. The staff ensured I was comfortable and sent loving reminders to take it slow and at my own pace. There is a wonderfully diversified group of people that attend which makes the studio feel more like a place of peace and individuality rather than egocentric.. I love my Motto family!
