It was a much better workout then I had expected. It was an enjoyable experience and my coach Erin was very helpful. I also like that I will be able to access workouts online when thats more convenient for me.

body workout on our strength training machines. You’ll work every
major muscle group with strength training, cardio, and stretching.

Curves coach. Curves classes range from low to high intensity,
which means you can always find a program that works for
you.
