Lauren is an absolute gem!!  Granville is so fortunate to have her and her business, Key Fitness.  The space is beautiful and exceptionally clean.  I have been going to Key Fitness for the past two years.  Lauren knows how to make working out fun, even when she pushes you to do just a little bit more 

At Key Fitness, we envision
a wellness-minded community of people who actively work on their
fitness levels to improve their quality of life and prioritize
self-care. To make this happen, our mission is to integrate
wellness into the local community by offering a variety of services
that anyone can learn from and enjoy. Key Fitness offers the
comfort of a private setting, and is inclusive of all and has
something for everyone. We are passionate about helping others and
aim to instill independence by building self-efficacy. Currently
running by appointment only and offering personal training services
and group exercise classes, with physical therapy coming soon!
