Joining SOS Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made all year. The staff are amazing and the classess are perfect for biginners as well as the athlete. Liz has definately changed my life as well as my oitlook on health. In less than three months I feel stronger, my core has strengthen, my clothes fit better and I am a lot more flexible. I love the Pilates class as well as the Piloga class on Tuesday. No matter what the age level, SOS Fitness offers classes for everyone.. This is by far my favorite gym in the Folsom/Sacramento area.
