This was a great first class for me. The girls are so friendly, they helped me get set up with a towel and blocks. One of the members was kind enough to swap with me and give me a spot in the back since I am a beginner. Celena came near me to demonstrate posses when I was getting twisted up, and helped me get deeper into my stretches. Every one was very supportive.
