I had such a wonderful experience in this restorative yoga class. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the instructor created a space that felt both relaxing and supportive. Each pose was thoughtfully guided, with plenty of modifications and props to help everyone feel comfortable. By the end of class, I felt completely refreshed — physically relaxed and mentally recharged. It was exactly what I needed after a busy week.
