The Four Bells is a trainer-owned gym in the heart of
Kitchener-Waterloo. No more than 8 people per class. No boring
workouts. Get in the best shape of your life! 
Our Small Group Class programming is based on building
functional strength and increasing mobility through integrative
movement and strength training. 
Classes always incorporate a mix of mobility practices and
dynamic stretching, as well as resistance training (loaded and body
weight) incorporating kettlebells, odd-objects, dumbbells, variable
resistance cardio machines, barbells and much, much more.
