Holly’s passion for yoga began 20 years ago before she was pregnant with her oldest son over 20 years ago. Her practice has been a cornerstone as she learned to tap into her breath in movement and stillness, and she quickly found yoga to have an incredible impact on her life as the benefits of a regular practice extended beyond her physical body.
Holly considers herself a perennial student, both on the mat and off. She always seeks ways to grow in her own practice, as well as in her teaching.
As an E-RYT, Holly not only creates a safe and accessible practice for her students, but also strives to lead students to discover sthira and sukha (stability and ease) in their yoga. She loves to guide students to cultivate strength (body & mind) and improve mobility for longevity and sustainability.
