I just took the beginner drawing class/workshop at the Materia Prima Institute here in San Diego and the class was outstanding, it was fun and easy to understand from the material covered within a three hour schedule: Shading techniques, understanding some principles of composing, expressing 3D objects all in a very accelerated method of teaching. It was not only easy to understand but to create refined/finished drawings. This is from someone that thought I could not even draw a lemon which by the way was our first assignment. The instructor, not only taught us drawing techniques but also how to create negative and positive shape techniques. Using the right brain format without the judge and self-critic. I walked out from the class last night understanding that I could actually draw, many different perspectives from even a lemon, that’s right a lemon.
Thank you Master Nickusha. You presented the class with wisdom and great enthusiasm...
