Anne’s Monday beginner class is amazing. Her cues are easy to follow and she gives a good variety of options so I was able to modify poses to suit my body.
Sian was introduced to yoga as a child by her father, and has been practicing for over 20 years. She is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT500), having earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching credentials under master teacher Natasha Rizopoulos, and her 300-hour credentials from our own Kristin Olson. Her practice and teaching are influenced by Iyengar’s emphasis on proper alignment, and Ashtanga’s emphasis on connecting the breath with movement. She strongly believes in the benefits of many different styles of yoga, and continues her own education by attending classes in diverse styles including Iyengar, Yin and Flow. She teaches a slow-flow yoga class focusing on fundamental poses with an emphasis on alignment and breath.
