I practice at the Bayport HYW and at the Setauket HYW because Suzanne -the owner-has brought together the best yogi’s to guide me through the heated classes. The schedule varies between 26&2, Vinyassa and HIIT with lots of practice times throughout the week. Every time I practice at HYW, I feel mentally and physically stronger. I would recommend HYW to beginner yogis all the way through to the bendiest of yogis. We are all in there practicing yoga together which gives the room great energy and balance.
