Bayport hot yoga and their instructors taught me that I can increase my spinal strength and flexibility. Prevent lower backache pain. Improve the functioning of my liver, spleen and adrenals. While stretching the thyroid to flush my kidneys. The 26/2 series also regulates blood pressure. I have experienced all these benefits and don’t miss a day of doing the 26/2 series. Suzanne has been super supportive through this pandemic offering zoom and now live outdoor classes. She has given the community YouTube content for those who cannot attend the live sessions. I make sure to get my 26/2 in daily with her via zoom or YouTube.
This form of yoga has changed my body, mind and spirt.  Forever grateful!

Kerriann
Kerriann Borruso, RYT-200- began her love affair with yoga during college in 2001. She has experience in a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa and Bikram. Kerriann brings a contagious energy and charm to her classes, leaving her students feeling uplifted and full of peace. Kerriann focuses on finding each individual student’s balance between challenge and comfort. She heavily focuses on tuning the breath with the movements to better align the body and mind. She is a firm believer in the law of attraction and encourages her students to set positive intentions for their practices. Her intention is always the same; to help people live healthy, happy, fulfilled lives and remind them to enjoy life for the beautiful experience that it is. Kerriann has dedicated her life to yoga, she pours her soul into every class, and truly aims to be the change she wishes to see in the world.
