A shoulder injury
due to the weight of her camera led this former photographer on a
journey towards better health and strength. Rhonda fell in love
with training and helping people so much that she went back to
school full time and earned a diploma with honours in Fitness and
Health Promotion and is also an internationally certified Personal
Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
Rhonda specializes
in Functional Fitness whereby she trains you to become more
proficient in the movement patterns and utilizing the appropriate
muscles for optimal function in your everyday life.
