Loved how small the class was and how easily i could perform the steps! Definitely for beginners and the staff made me feel like a regular :).
Glenn has been a martial artist and athlete for forty years. His first Fitness Instructor Teacher course was completed at the YMCA, in June 1980.
Body Movement has always been an important part of his life philosophy in health and wellness. He has been fortunate to learn and have been inspired by many great teachers and coaches. Glenn completed his 200 hour yoga teacher training in Toronto with LifePower Yoga/Lifetime in 2019 and completed an intensive Asthanga Yoga Teacher training at the Ashtanga Toronto Yoga Centre (where he currently is a student).
Glenn has been involved in Emergency First Response and Healthcare for over 35 years, as a Paramedic (retired), Healthcare Educator and business owner.
Glenn is a Yogi, Husband, Father, Mentor, Student and athlete. Striving to be his best self.
He is particularly interested in how yoga and mindfulness enhance mental health and improve quality of life . Movement, breath and mindfulness are key pillars in his own emotional well-being.
At home Glenn enjoys spending time with my family, practicing yoga, mountain biking, swimming and hikes on the beautiful trails in Caledon, together with his wife and life-partner of thirty-six years, three wonderful grown children and their German Shepard, Jaxx
