The instructors are both knowledgeable and skilled at guiding students to both listen to their bodies while testing and expanding their practice. I find such release after each class, and leave feeling stronger, walking taller, and with a lightness of spirit.
DeAnn first discovered yoga as a college student. Around 2005, DeAnn rediscovered yoga and its value to her as she practiced multiple times per week and began to learn and understand the history and philosophy of the practice.
DeAnn graduated from the 200hr teacher training program at Be Happy Yoga School in 2014 with the main intention of deepening her own practice. Her journey of study has continued having completed additional trainings in Children’s Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Aqua Yoga.
DeAnn believes everyone is able to practice and benefit from some form of yoga. She is excited to share this wonderful practice with all!
