Absolutely love this place. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. The Salt Cave is amazing and helps on those days I have migraines or sinus issues. Plus Caroline is AMAZING! I suffer with migraines and her massages are so helpful. She’s truly sent to me from God. Due to my work plus just a tense person, she works hard every 2 weeks to get my neck and shoulders loosened up!
She has to be the best masseuse I’ve ever known and had the pleasure to work on me!
I started to practice yoga regularly 2 years ago, when I was
searching for away to calm my mind and feel better on a daily
basis. I was asking my doctor for ways to improve my over
health and ways to relax, he explained the numerous ways yoga could
help me and bring balance into my life. He said yoga would
improve my general health and the way I felt everyday. After
my first class, I was pleasantly surprised how great I felt, so I
kept practicing. I quickly knew yoga was an amazing self
discovery of the body and mind. I decided I wanted to share
what I had learned with the world! I have taken my 200
RYT certification at Be Happy, with Susan Polk. I am beyond
excited to share my passion and yoga training with people who are
looking for ways to relax their mind, physically feel better and
find a way to center themselves. I plan to continue my yoga
training with a emphasize on yoga for addiction and recovery,
anxiety and ways to help people cope with these struggles and find
peace. I have have lived in 3 states, 2 countries, I have
been married for 18 years and have 2 children and 2 dogs.
Life's been an adventure and I can't wait to see where my new yoga
journey takes me!
