Sarah was amazing! She knew I was a first timer and she was patient, slow, helpful and calm with me. I totally enjoyed her class. The atmosphere, music, heat , decor and charm made my experience a solid 5 star!

This is the best yoga studio. The teachers are great and there are so many classes to choose from. It’s such a great environment to build your practice.

Couldn’t have asked for a better team to teach Hot Yoga. They challenge you, push you, and respect wherever you are at in your practice. I always leave learning something new about myself; physically and mentally. Get in there and join a class! You won’t regret it.

Hot, sweaty, detoxifying! Teachers are great. Very comfortable as a mediocre yogi at best. Feel amazing afterwards!
