Studio Yoga

I had a really awesome 1st experience with Studio Yoga and yoga in general!
I would highly recommend them, they answered my questions and gave some pointers.
I have already scheduled my next 3 classes.

Great first experience... I took my wife on a yoga date night for my first ever yoga class.   Brittany did an excellent job of setting the tone and explaining everything. I was especially relieved that there were not any weird eastern/spiritual aspects included.

Love Studio Yoga! Their new location is absolutely beautiful! I love being able to get a workout in without hurting my back and being able to restore and relax with other class options! Thanks Brittany and all the staff for all you do!

I really enjoyed working with Cindy as a private instructor. Her years on experience show and it was a great introduction to the modality of working with the Pilates machinery.
