Cindi Ketterer, RYT 200, has enjoyed practicing yoga for ten years. Yoga brings a new depth to exercise by cultivating an inner awareness. She finds that the tools of breath, mudras and meditation help her continue to grow. Cindi is in the final stretch of her 500 hour certification with coursework that focuses on targeted strengthening and healing techniques that are incorporated into her classes. Her personal practice leans into the heat with emphasis on alignment because the adjustments parallel behavior shifts that benefit her in life off the mat. Cindi is always excited to encourage others on their journey and to join in the process of discovering the magic within.
