105F - Wicker Park

While visiting her best friend over Christmas break in 2001, Nicole went to her first hot yoga class in San Francisco.  When she returned to Chicago, she visited 105F’s Wicker Park studio and knew this would be a place where she would be spending a lot of time.  Nicole’s 15 years of practice here includes prepping for and participating in 8 Illinois asana championships and 4 national asana championships. Nicole attended 105F’s first teacher training in May of 2016 where she completed her 250 hour yoga alliance certification.  Nicole emphasizes the virtues of a consistent practice and truly enjoys sharing and always learning from her students.  She also teaches yoga as a physical education teacher to middle and high school students.
