Maura took her first ever yoga class in 2005 with 105F.  Her deep instincts told her that this was something very special. Immediately, she found herself rearranging her day to attend class and feel awash in hot yoga's ineffable bliss.  A year later and with a clear intent to share the experience with others, Maura quit her corporate sales job and attended teacher training.  Five years after that, she spearheaded the opening of the third 105F location, the South Loop studio. Most recently, Maura certified in Rainbow Kids Yoga Training to lead kids and family yoga classes. When you don't see Maura at the studios exchanging smiles, teaching or taking a class, she's tirelessly working behind the scenes to make your yoga experience better. She's grateful that her yoga life has helped her whole life blossom.  WIth her husband Chris, she achieved her greatest accomplishment to date:  she is the proud momma of two perfect little girls.
