I had always liked the idea of practicing yoga, but never found the time to do anything but follow YouTube videos. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly so I did a drop-in class at The Bridge and loved it. I normally struggle to feel comfortable in new environments especially when doing any kind of physical activity, but I felt relaxed and at home right away. I look forward to trying out all the different classes offered and applying the knowledge I gain in class in my life. :)
