Sheila and her team are fantastic. Whether you are new or experienced, every teacher is sensitive and thoughtful during the classes. I especially enjoy the 815 Saturday class with Sheila and the Tues/Thurs 1030 class with Jimmy. The Saturday class is relaxing and calming, but a good workout. The Tues/Thurs class is focused on core and flexibility and balance. Great for all ages and especially as we get older and balance becomes even more critical. I attended a detox class with Sarah and she was super supportive and enthusiastic. Heidi is super friendly and helpful. I haven't met all the teachers, but every one I have interacted with have been kind, helpful and invested in my health.
