This place and the folks who run it are awesome. They have been more than accommodating during the pandemic with live online classes and frequent updates. Looking forward to getting back into the studio!
Lisa's classes are lighthearted and fun, while she still creates the space for a quiet, inward practice. She enjoys using an eclectic mix of music to set a mood. Lisa draws from Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, as well as her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and technique, to create a flowing, dynamic practice in which students are encouraged to find their edges in a safely challenging way. She always finishes class with a singing bowl savasana.
