Bending Bodhi
Yoga is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Dover, NH. We
teach Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. As well as
consistently offering workshops and a beginners series, we are
always coming up with fun and empowering ways for our students to
deepen their connection to their ever evolving practice.
At Bending Bodhi
we believe that there is a yoga class for everyone and every
BODY. Whether you are young or old, experienced or a total
beginner, we have a class for you! You will be welcomed to the
