Hot yoga at 8am this morning was a lovely strong class under direction of Lou. Thanks for your instruction and guidance to improve my practice.

Love core flow!! Been coming back for years - great class for improving technique and strength. A good workout too! Be prepared to sweat. Thanks Keran!!

Thanks Justin! Hannah certainly is a great teacher. She is intuitive indeed, always in line with the group energy of the room. You can catch her on Tuesday mornings and Sunday afternoons.

It is so lovely to be back on the mat at Yoga Tree. It was Bikram with Mili yesterday. Beautiful vibes and energy. All the teachers here are fabulous. Thanks and namaste:)

I’m so glad that I can go back to Yoga Tree atmosphere and good vibes that no matter how hard I tried to practice at home during the lockdown I missed. Glad to be back!

And just like that we are out of lockdown and able to be present and stretch and reconnect with our tribe and our breathe. It has been a long anticipated wait to return to Yoga Tree, having spent a bit of time bouncing around studios I have never felt more at home at Yoga Tree, Brenda is such a fantastic teacher, she caters to all levels of experience and makes class feel like play! It's also been so wonderful seeing the new addition to the YT family, the little parrot (too cute!) and the new amazing face lift the studio got during COVID has given the place a fresh feel! See you guys very soon! Namaste
