The Restorative/Yoga Nidra class is always a calming, rejuvenating and healing class. If one has high levels of stress and/or anxiety, especially during this pandemic that can be challenging to cope with at the best of times, this is the class to take you away from it all if only for 75 minutes, which may be enough to recharge ones mind, body and soul for another day.
Nathalie, a mother of 2 with an extensive background in mental health field. She plans to merge her passion for her field of work and yoga together. She is known for her authentic, passionate and lively personality.
In 2017, she became a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher here at HYER Destination. Nathalie will be teaching Family yoga as well as other classes. She will get to share her love of yoga in hopes that you leave feeling more light, happy and wanting to return to your yoga mat.
