Nathalie first came to yoga to find ways to calm her busy mind and to relieve stress and anxiety. What she found, was a feeling of freedom and relief. When she became more dedicated to her yoga practice, she found physical and spiritual growth and wishes to share all these benefits with her students.
Nathalie, a mother of 2 with an extensive background in mental health field. She plans to merge her passion for her field of work and yoga together. She is known for her authentic, passionate and lively personality.
In 2017, she became a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher here at HYER Destination. Nathalie will be teaching Family yoga as well as other classes. She will get to share her love of yoga in hopes that you leave feeling more light, happy and wanting to return to your yoga mat.
