Stephanie Peters is an active mom of 2 boys and has been practicing yoga for 15+ years, with a particular affection for the practice of hot yoga! Over time, Stephanie deepened her practice of yoga from a purely physical form of exercise, and embraced the mental and spiritual benefits it had to offer. She credits her yoga practice with drastic improvement of her diagnosed depression and anxiety disorders and with encouraging her to be more positive and self aware. She has become an advocate of self-love and care and lives by the motto: “Give those you love and care about the BEST of you, not the REST of you”. Having graduated from the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at HYER Shala in 2022, Stephanie is eager to guide her students on the yogic journey of strengthening their bodies and minds in a positive and fun atmosphere.
