Angela Davis (E-RYT 200, YACEP) started practicing yoga in college and found that the mind-body-spirit approach resonated deeply within her. After experiencing the benefits of daily yoga practice and the radiant wellness that comes with the shift into a yogic lifestyle, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from Everyday People Yoga in Eugene, OR.She has since received a second 200-hour teacher certification in Kundalini Yoga from the Samadhi Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India, certification in Yin Yoga through Evolation Yoga in Santa Barbara, CA, and in Trauma Sensitive Yoga Nidra through Eugene Yoga.She is inspired by the Hatha and Kundalini yoga traditions and offers classes and workshops that are strengthening, lengthening, and focused on helping you find your beautifully balanced, radiant wellness. Angela teaches Gentle Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Vin/Yin Yoga.
