Brian is a former technology denizen of the San Francisco Bay Area who discovered the transformative power of yoga upon returning to the East Coast. He is happy to share the teachings with others and to help build a better understanding of body-breath connections and mindfulness through movement. His classes are geared toward beginner and intermediate practitioners, as well as any advance practitioners looking for more mindfulness and emphasis on alignment.
