Darci discovered yoga in 2013. Amazed at how yoga was able to help her conquer anxiety, she was immediately drawn to the practice that helped her find peace, joy and relaxation. Along with the physical benefits of a stronger and more flexible body, she found that through yoga she could learn to accept and overcome obstacles on and off of the mat.
Known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style, Darci emphasizes contentment in her classes. Her classes are identifiable in their ability to meet students where they are on any given day.
Darci has received her 200 hour certification with 2 approved and active Registered Yoga Schools, one of them being Love Life Hot Yoga.
