Kelsey has always
dabbled in yoga, but truly fell in love after using it as a tool
for postpartum depression. Now with two young kids, yoga is how she
stays grounded in her everyday life. Kelsey decided to strengthen
her yoga roots by taking Red Brick Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training
and surprised herself when she fell in love with teaching yoga as
well. She has achieved her certification in Reiki Level II.
Her goal is to teach yoga in a way that grows confidence and strength, expanding your toolkit to conquer life. In addition to teaching yoga, she also enjoys hiking and traveling.
