I just took my first class at Tonified—Hot Yoga with dumbbells—and wow, what an experience! From the moment I walked in, the heat hit me (in the best way), and the energy in the room was contagious. Incorporating light dumbbells into traditional hot yoga poses made every movement feel ten times more challenging, but I left drenched in sweat and feeling absolutely accomplished. The instructor guided us through each flow with clear cues and plenty of encouragement, pushing us to work hard while maintaining proper form. If you’re looking for a workout that’s both intense and incredibly effective, Tonified’s Hot Yoga class with dumbbells is where it’s at—I’ll definitely be back for more!
