Sam came to yoga late in life in 2012 and was intrigued
by the improvements in flexibility and overall well-being that yoga
brought to him. He encourages everyone to give yoga a try,
especially those that don’t think they can benefit by beginning a
yoga practice. Sam received his RYT-200
certification from Asheville Yoga Center in 2013.
