I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

Vera
Vera is an Economics teacher at ECU and hails all the way from Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a Virgo who enjoys hiking, kayaking, running, traveling, and reading. Vera is the mother of a 19 year old son, Alex, a dog named Lola, a desert lizard named Garfield and turtles.
 
She began her practice out of a desire to be able to relax and cope with a hectic life. Her journey began almost 15 years ago with Diane DeGroot, a teacher responsible for sharing the love of Yoga with many here in Greenville.
 
Vera obtained her 200 hour training through Purple Blossom in 2017 under the tutelage of Jeanmarie Paolillo from Yoga Works. She is Yin certified and trained to teach Anti-gravity fundamentals. Vera would love to receive further training in India some day.
