I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

Hi! My name is Niki Corcoran. I have been teaching for over 10 years and recently moved to North Carolina. Previously, I was teaching in Michigan. I am here because I know I was made for more. I know I was put on this Earth to share my story and love of yoga with others. Through my venture, with Purple Blossom Yoga Studio, I want to help as many people as possible to own their truth, create a life they love, and fall in love with the practice of yoga as I did.

 

My mantra is “Trust the Process”. It’s been a very long journey coming out of who I was and to where I am today. I am ever evolving, ever growing, ever changing, and it is wildly messy and beautiful all at the same time. I hope you join me on this amazing journey and that I can be a glimmer of hope, light, and love in your life.
