I’ve been enjoying yoga at Ananda for years attending about once a week with Justine’s Sunday morning class my go-to. Now with virtual classes I have treated myself to a monthly unlimited membership and it’s been my best investment. For $90 a month I take 4–5 classes a week, which is a great bargain. Justine’s 30-minute therapy balls workout always pinpoints just the right spot where my body needs a little TLC. Kim does an amazing 90 minute class on Saturday morning which is now my most intense workout. Susan works so hard to make her Tuesday class focus on Supple Strength introduce new ways to move and breathe. Commitment and regular practice has improved my form immensely, and it’s been the best change to my life since March. It’s so easy to be home and zoom with my yoga friends.
