Kimberly Mullen-Hare started taking yoga classes regularly after noticing the benefits it gives for realigning her body. She has worked in the dentistry field for 7 years and has found her body in some interesting constricted positions. She completed her yoga certification through Energy with Judy 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Her yoga style is Vinyassa flow. Kim also enjoys meditation as a way of reducing anxiety and self-care of the mind. One of her favorite quotes by Danna Faulds reads: “Do yoga with no goal but to be in the moment. This breath, this stretch, this wave of emotion rolling in. Watch it crest, and break, then dissipate.”
Jeanine first began practicing yoga in the late nineties to help deepen her meditation practice and has experienced a joyful practice in her life ever since. She is a mother of two children and an avid hiker. She is employed as a full-time Recreational Therapy Aide, where she relies upon and incorporates the principles of yoga on a daily basis.

High school life progressed, and the yoga practice diminished as involvement in sports and other activities bloomed. Graduations from Cedar Cliff High School and Lock Haven University (State College, then, with a Bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education plus later a Master’s equivalency degree) still saw no further re-appearance of the yoga practice.
Toward the end of her 32-year teaching career, mostly at South Western High School, through her committed marriage and 2 children, various coaching (volleyball, field hockey, diving, track) assignments, a stint or two of officiating field hockey, South West began to offer yoga for all employees after school. Joining in, she met Misty Stillman, owner of Life in Balance Yoga. The rest, so they say, is history. Her interest started as an enhancement to other fitness activities, once or twice a week, but quickly became more and more influential in her life. After about 5 years with Misty, and her other dedicated, impressive yogis, Holly Owens and Carrie Hoff, Jody's growing yoga addiction lead her to pursue her certification as a yoga instructor in 2017.
Jody is excited to continue her yoga journey, to grow and learn, and now share yoga with others. Her hope is for others to experience and benefit from the many facets of the yoga world, just as she has! Namaste!
