Wellness Studio

Two weeks of yoga + a Yoga Begin Pass (last Saturday of each month) + a 30 minute private session. 

WIND- (All Classes- 2 weeks + beginners yoga workshop + private session)

It all began on a stormy night, well many Stormy nights of
planning and dreaming up a safe haven to practice yoga, eat/drink
nourishing food and build a community of like-minded souls who love
to dance in the rain. We started out offering weekly classes here
in Hatboro and within two short years added on a full cafe which
includes art and music offerings as well as  outdoor
adventures, holistic health coaching, massage, reiki, meditation,
teacher trainings and more!
The Nourishing Storm team is made up of instructors, coaches,
foodies, baristas, therapists, dreamers, manifesters, healers and
more. Each lead from their heart and truly love the work they do.
As a whole the team is inspired by all the students that come in to
dedicate time to their health and wellness and are here to help
along the path to healing. 




Every single person that walks into the Storm is officially part
of the tribe. We love getting to know each and everyone of you. Our
community is then made up of all those that dedicate their time and
energy to each other at the Storm and beyond. Each month we honor
one “Yogi of the Month” for their continued dedication.
