Donna's Brewing Storm class is the perfect blend of challenge and calm. I found myself diving deeper into familiar poses and felt completely at ease with Donna's soft and directive cues. I always enjoy her classes!
Emily has been weaving in and out of a yoga practice for
years, always loving the physical practice and the inner calm it
created within her. After years of struggles with mental illness
and feeling a disconnect from the world around her, she decided to
adopt a daily meditation practice which changed her life. Being
able to analyze and accept her changing emotions made it easier to
be one with them. After a steady meditation practice, she decided
to create a daily asana practice as well. Yoga has increased the
quality of her life greatly, and it was natural next step to want
to share space for this practice to help others as well. As a yoga
instructor, Emily hopes to help others find a place within
themselves that they truly love.
